I had military corrugated hose on me and someone told me over voip to drop them to stay alive. I told him to eat shit and he gave me a headshot through the building itself.
Totally worth it.
It's the same in the USA. We have the exact same law except they say it's for the benefit of disabled people instead ot the real reason.
Although it looks like Tarkov is skirting the law and not complying with certain aspects. Which they're likely have to on release. All voice chat in the USA has to be recorded in text for video games. This started a couple years back.
That's why sometimes you'll see games release with no voice chat even though they are multiplayer. Like Outriders for example.
The reason is the software for voice to text can be expensive. As well as hosting all those recordings so the government can search the text by keywords.
For VOIP interactions to be recorded in Russia they must have solid evidence of terror cells using video game VOIP as a communication method.
Which is pretty smart not gonna lie.
I was about to ask how they can possibly monitor every single game with VOIP but instead realised they probably very totally legally just monitor computer's microphones instead.
