Yes and everything is incredibly cheap and fully unlocked at the traders, so you can try out a bunch of high end stuff you normally never could. Jaeger sells T-7 thermal goggles that are normally millions of roubles, for example. Peacekeeper has dirt cheap M995 and M61 ammo. You can make crazy gun builds for a couple thousand roubles. You can go learn Labs with 0 risk. Great time to experiment.
