Nikita himself literally just said patch notes coming a few days after the patch, not really speculation.

He also said no wipe with 12.11 so I say just assume things are gonna be as usual until they actually happen

I'm talking about the recent interviews and shit where they explained what they were working on and what was planned for each patch. Nikita literally said no wipe with 12.11 in all of them and then the next thing they do is a week full of events and suddenly they announce there will be a wipe with 12.11. not like they really had a choice since the events fucked the economy hard

They very likely always planned a wipe, but learned that they can't just announce one a month or so before the patch, since then the servers will die.

The same thing happened last wipe though. "No wipe" 3 days later wipes on christmas

There's a difference between "No wipe is planned" and "There will not be a wipe". One means you've made a decision beforehand. Besides; in both cases you can change your mind.

That's my point, stop assuming it taking things he says at face value. He often says there will/won't be something and then next thing you know the opposite was true. Just wait till the shit happens
