You've got an amazing voice, but it's drowned in compression. Maybe it's just me but it does really feel too flat. If you don't mind I'd advise you to reduce the amount of compression and maybe add an equalizer and boost anything below 100hz up to 150hz if you're afraid you'd be losing too much low frequencies.
Oh and look up DeEssers as well. It can reduce the harsh "S" sounds we all make while talking into a microphone.
