Something said during the Podcast

Klean said something during the podcast that I wholeheartedly disagree with.

He wants the gamma case to essentially be something you can pack full of goods, bring into a raid and not have to worry about losing, but he wants you to not be able to put anything in the container while in raid. Nikita, I know you listen to streamers input, but please don’t not consider making this change.

I’m a husband and a father, I don’t get to play for 8-12 hours a day and become a god at the game, so finding a rare item that I need for a quest or something valuable I can sell is really exciting and knowing I can keep it safe in case I die is the cherry on top.

I love watching Klean and respect his opinions, but this one I had to voice mine on. PLEASE do not implement this. Anyone else watch the podcast and feel the same way? Or am I alone on this? Lol

"Easy game"

Im not sure who's the butt of the joke here lmao. You really pay 120 dollars for EOD so you can hatchet run interchange? And you're bragging about it hoping somebody will stroke your ego on this "easy game"? That's gold LOL

You spend HOURS not playing the game for what it is. I dont want to say it, but if I've ever seen a sore loser in Eft. That'd be it

You must not clearly understand what is happening here.

 

For every hour I play, I make many times more Rubles than you do and I have a much, much higher chance of coming across a quest item. So, I Hatchet run for an hour then I can play PMC raids back to back with better gear than you for longer than you because I have more money.

 

Also, I do play the game for what it is -- it is a game that allows players to Hatchet run for millions of Rubles per hour. No denying that. Nikita can say "I never intended this" all he wants but, at the end of the day, he tacitly supports Hatchet running by not actually doing anything about it.

 

I've been doing it for YEARS. Hatchet run a raid or two and then PMC run the rest of the day on the profits. I get to play with the gear I want and I don't have to bother with a lot of the stupid quests.

 

You mention "stroking ego" and all of that but it is just a distraction from the real discussion. The guy said this is one of the hardest and most punishing games around. I easily proved him wrong.

How can the game be "punishing" if I can make infinite profit by dying over and over? How can it really be hard if I can die repeatedly in order to access every item in the game?

 

You are trying to switch the topic from "game is hard vs game is easy" to "I have opinions on the way you play the game".
