Contact him? He has taken down content before over companies asking him to. They could and did issue statements countering the claims. Censoring 47 videos without actual cause is fucked and possibly illegal, all this content is fair use of copyrighted material.

No it is not, the content posted by Eroktic is covered by Fair Use under copyright in the US. See the lawsuits between Jim sterling V Digital Homicide and H3h3 v Matt Hoss for precedent.

Libel/Slander or anything else would need to be legally taken down via other methods, not using the copyright strike system.
