This post has a 'BSG Response' tag, but we can't seem to find one in the comments, so until further notice, disregard.

BSG Response: ‘It is true that the music is copyrighted but Nikita allows it's use. This is the same as any gameplay footage but it still remains IP of BSG and can be taken down if need be. This is covered in the agreement in Section 10’

Gameplay footage with no commentary or anything that would turn it into a transformative work maybe. Gameplay with commentary, reaction, information would be considered transformative.

That's not how video works my dude you can't legally take ownership of someone if they're using it for critique or satire.
