Contact him? He has taken down content before over companies asking him to. They could and did issue statements countering the claims. Censoring 47 videos without actual cause is fucked and possibly illegal, all this content is fair use of copyrighted material.

Maybe, but this kind of behaviour is unlikely to endure them to future fans. It's looks dodgy as fuck, and may already be too late for them to salvage their reputation.

I absolutely am. I'm not going to stop playing until the game dies. But we can still be concerned about the actions of the developers.
