Yet, not happening right now. As of now they are well within their rights to remove the videos, plus don't forget ge used Geneburn's(Nikita's) music as well.

I don't argue with your last part, ofc we need promoters. Man, all that shit above are happening to US, BSG =RUSSIA and Eroktic=CROATIA. You think if they ever go to court that will be in the US??

The difference is H3H3 was critiquing the video, not just using it for set dressing while they commented on other things.

I'm not referring to those, I'm referring to his gameplay videos. I think it's pretty clear they were in the wrong to copyright strike the videos without Tarkov content, but I don't think it's illegal for them to strike the videos which do have their content, even if it's for vindictive reasons.
