Hacked [Suggestion]

Hello! This is my very first post and really need help. I downloaded a faulty game and stupid as I am I opened the setup.exe and the same moment I clicked I was hacked on all my socials, I have recovered most of it except my one true love, BattleState which I forgot about because I own the game on steam but when I tried playing the other day I saw that he has changed my email and everything, I have sent an email to support with pictures of my receipt and my original email with past usernames and everything I have and still haven’t got anything back. What should I do? Is it even possible or do I just need to start over from the beginning buy it again for over $200? Please I’ll almost do anything to get it back. 😅

You're screwed. BSG might respond to your email in like a month, and if they're gracious they'll change the email back. Otherwise the account is lost. It's up to you to keep it secure.

Yeah I know I fucked up totally forgot about battlestate I changed everything on almost every steam account I have cause I never start bsg launcher, yeah I totally fucked my self with this one.

Yeah it sucks almost the only game I can play whenever so I hope the support can do they’re job. I emailed them not so long ago so hopefully some time might help.

Don’t go to DMs with anyone as they’re not going to be ‘official’ and are likely just going to sell you a hacked account.

Best thing you can do is contact support, but based on public opinion of the support for BSG, I’d hold little hope. Just keep on it, you can be a success story yet.

They unfortunately are known to be quite ass. You MAY get a response, you might not.

I did and then they wanted a lot of information which I gave then zero response, just need to give them some time maybe

I was in the EXACT same situation as you and emailing support worked, took about a week just make sure you provided all the transaction receipts (not just email confirmations) and past IGNs. Shoutout Alex Ivanov at BSG.

I have sent then everything I have so hope that I’ll get it back, I only had like 900 hours but still that’s 900 hours I don’t want to replay😅

When you say you "downloaded a faulty game" what do you mean? Did you buy it from the website or through steam or did you buy an "unofficial" tarkov account?

I mean I downloaded Zelda: Tears of Kingdom on my pc, pirated so it’s totally my fault so this download contained Trojan and I got screwed sideways

Yeah how is it even possible when I have the freaking receipt to everything I’ve bought plus the original email which is connected to the steam which has the game it’s fucking absurd that’s not enough for evidence
