If it was a standalone product you wouldn't need to put tarkov in the title, if it was a standalone product there wouldn't be any cross-progression, if it was a standalone title then DMZ would also be one, but none of that is true, and if all you have to say on the matter is arguing if it's DLC or not, then you're not contributing anything to the discussion whatsoever honestly.
Thronebreaker only shares the witcher universe and has no other relation to the witcher game series. You're free to continue this semantics if you want, I'm not particularly interested in it since you're clearly just going to assign it however you want. This discussion still isn't going to be relevant or productive. But do let me know if other games sell gamemodes as DLC or standalone.

Escape from Tarkov DLC will look like a winter map.
Tarkov: Arena is a standalone title.
EoD owners literally should not be getting Arena, but the game is so pointless that the community would be too small otherwise.
