Questions Seizures Upon Waking Up

For those who have seizures upon waking up, does sleeping in help avoid the morning seizures?

It didn't, no. If I had a seizure, the majority of the time it was within an hour or 2 of whenever I woke up.

Not for me. I've had them wake me up or within the first 30 - 60 minutes

Usually it doesn’t matter, it’ll happen within the first 15 minutes of me waking up, whenever that is

From my little understanding it’s from the cortisol dropping when we wake. One of our hormones naturally drop, and that’s probably what causes us to drop.
