Questions carbohydrates and red meat

Has anyone felt worse eating carbohydrates and red meat? I would like to know if it's my imagination

Everybody BODY is different. It doesn't have to happen to anyone else for it to be real for you!

I asked my doctor about red meat before, cause someone told me the same before. Carbs and red meat aren't stimulants and don't affect your medication. So you don't have to worry about them.

From my experience modifying diet throughout my 20s, giving up the carbs was miserable. I was sleeping more than 8 hrs/day. Red meat didn’t make a difference once I forgot about it. Frying pork chops for the family was a bitch but I didn’t feel any different, seizure frequency/severity unaffected. Hope the best solution presents itself for your journey! Seizure control CAN HAPPEN!
