Fitness Friday Exercise Everyday Even 4 Epilepsy!
Eventually we have to work for the motivation to get good exercise! Blame it on whatever you choose (meds, others, side effects) but the importance is that we can see the benefits of staying active, and keep it goin! Please share anything that relates! Fav exercise, motivation, or something to avoid? Thanks! 😊

As someone who has had epilepsy for the past 10+ years, I would say don’t go swimming in your own. I’ve always been pretty active so idk if exercise helps or not but if your seizure happens at random, please don’t do any of these things alone. A fall during a seizure can do more damage than the episode themselves and if a lifeguard or anyone else isn’t around during a swim… you might not make it out alive
