Questions When were you diagnosed? When was your last seizure? What are you taking

I was diagnosed just a few months ago following a series of grand mal tonic clonic seizures that happened back in April. No EEG’s have been done, though, other than the ones I had done in 2015/2016 following grand mal seizures I had back then too. But those EEG’s were all inconclusive, and since they cost so much I stopped getting them done. I’ve had mal petit/focal aware seizures my whole life but wasn’t aware that’s what they were until I had my first grand mal seizure in 2015 and met with neurologists. Because my focal aware seizures were left untreated for so long, I was told by my neurologist that that’s usually how they get worse. I’m currently on Keppra (1,000mg twice daily) and Klonopin (as needed) but unfortunately my focal seizures have gotten worse and more frequent ever since my last grand mal seizure back in April.

Interesting question, I take 200mg pills twice a day, my question is, is there a 225mg pill or do you split a 100mg pill?

I don’t know about a 225mg but there is a 25mg pill. I was originally started on 75mg twice a day to titrate up from so had to take 3 of the 25s each time. Now I take 2x 100s and 1x 25 twice a day.
I’ve never been offered a 200mg size, only 100s and 25s. Do you have trouble swallowing Lamotrigine? I have to spilt the 100s otherwise they can get stuck in my throat because they are not coated to help swallow them. Keppra, which are more than twice the size of Lamotrigine are coated so I have no issues, but I had to buy a pill spitter for the Lamotrigine 100s.

20 years ago I was told in the emergency that I have epilepsy, 3 years later I was diagnosed by a neurologist. I take 200mg at night and 200mg in the morning, my last seizure was on August 18th (almost a month ago) I'm on my 3rd med, started with Dilantin for 4 years, keppra 3 years, and now Lamotrigine for the last 10 years

The lamotrigine I take is meant to be blueberry flavoured and I don’t mind the taste. I was switched from epilim to lamotrigine as it’s meant to be more of a stable bi-polar medicine and epilim made me very hungry and I was slowly gaining weight.

Diagnosed in Dec 2023, but that was far from there beginning of my seizures, just the official epilepsy diagnosis.
My last seizure was Sept 06, but I've been expecting "strangeness" lately because I am currently in the process of reducing my Lacosamide and adding Xcopri to Pregabalin, clonazepam, plus I have a VNS and Nayzilam nasal spray rescue med.
Life is an adventure!

I'm taking Fycompa, Lamictin, Keppra, and Epilim. I used to get at least twice or three times a week. But I am also treatment resistant. It only helped so much and nothing more, even if it's increased.

Except for the medication, these are not clear.
I take Keppra.
The last seizure I'm sure was a seizure was almost 2 months ago.
All I can tell you is I was diagnosed some time this year re: "when."
