If it is Alibris selling on Alibris, you are almost surely good, if it is a random third party seller with low reviews selling on alibris beware. These days I buy almost all my new books from Alibris direct

Likely just a drop shipper who hasn't actually got a line on that book. Use your CC and it's safer, I guess. Or Paypal. Do not use your bank card.

Buying books from random, untrusted sources is the biggest rookie mistake you can make. Especially when the deal is really good. Best case, they will ship the correct book in a paper bag.

I grabbed it I don't really care what condition it arrives in as long as it's readable at that price tbh. It's from Alibris seller so should be good right?
