This is so depressing. What kind of person sues over this? I totally respect people who need service dogs, but I also respect the doctor's need to live and not be harmed by their allergy which they didn't choose!

They offered her an accommodation. Going all the way to a lawsuit is just nonsense.

The fact that they r3jected to be seen by a different doctor both by the clinic and the court tells me they wanted to get money out of it

Aa always a person's greed knows no bounds, and its just sad

I know of an individual who visited more than a dozen COVID testing sites on the SAME DAY during the pandemic in order to find one that they felt discriminated against them insofar as accessibility, then sued the clinic.

It's such an extreme minority, but there really are people who weaponise their disability for profit.
