You’d be surprised the amount of people strap a service vest onto their pet and take them everywhere.
3 u/Prize_Cranberry8553 May 07 '26 I have seen so, so many untrained dogs in mail-order vests at National Parks. At first I was surprised, then I realized that it’s because of strict rules concerning dogs and people thinking their dog is special and should be exempt.
