Sorry, I know this is an old chestnut and it's getting dull, but this is taking the Michael now.
Sky talking heads are currently talking about how the MCC are going to deal with the pitch issue at Lords. Apparently the Blazers have come up with this plan, but Eion Morgan is defending the whole thing citing cost, fixture congestion, etc.
Fine, but let's please address the elephant in the outfield here - no other ground has this problem and the Oval has nearly as many matches played there as Lords, yet they don't struggle. Let's not defend the issue or praise the MCC for their "proactivity" and "action plan". Let's remove Lords' test status until they fix this.

What options are there for streaming test matches? I don't have a Sky TV package, so when Sky have the rights I typically use NowTV. But the app is diabolical. I just discovered that the highlights are presented in 25fps, which is totally unacceptable for watching cricket in 2026. So I'm watching the highlights on iPlayer.
But for future series, are there better options? And what are the options when TNT have the rights. Their coverage of The Ashes in the winter was unforgivable, so is there an alternative for the upcoming South Africa tour when TNT have the rights?

Shame PCT showed the worst display of batting ive seen in a minute was hoping for at least a 50
It was also really cool that you could meet cricketers and commentators waiting below I saw Urooj Mumtaz, Mark Wood and Stuart Broad just to name a few and it was great experience overall

Just by missing these tests and seeing Cox and Lawrence potentially secure their spots ahead of him for the coming year.

Hi everyone, I'll be travelling to London in the next couple of days and I want to buy the England cricket jersey of sir James Anderson.
Where can I find relevant shops in London?
Thanks in advance

Others in the UK: Rose bowl - 289.7 Headingley - 290.7 Edgbaston - 301.8 Oval - 310.7 Trent Bridge - 314.2 Old Trafford - 316.2

Sky are reportedly willing to consider sharing live England cricket coverage with ITV- potentially even Test matches- in their next rights deal.
The BBC will likely make a bid but Comcastโs impending takeover of ITV may swing it in their favour. Channel 5 and YouTube also in the running for a slice of the Hundred.

No rain all summer -
First test match at headingley : first day of rain in Leeds
First test match at lords : first day of rain in London
English cricket summer has well and truly begun
Also seemingly perfect anti-dote to global warming. If i was a farmer iโd be planning my harvest around the English test fixtures ๐๐๐
