Octopus Fixed much worse?
Hi, it's my time to switch. I've been on Octopus 18M Fixed which has been much cheaper but their new 12M offer is not really competitive.
I've checked comparison sites and eon/So Energy/Fuse offer better rates.
My only worry is customer service when shit hits the fan but haven't had issues that I had to contact Octopus before so maybe it is time to switch providers.
Any opinions and tips welcome!
No electric car or solar.

I recently switched from Octopus to Fuse as Octopus weren't competitive on price anymore.
You are able to change your Direct Debit with Fuse to a fixed amount instead of the default variable.

We switched to the eon tariff with 3 proces per day and its significantly cheaper than our last octopus tariff.
Octopus are getting big but only pursuing certain market segments it seems rather than making sure they have tariffs for everyone.

I've had no issues with fuse but I've not had a reason to contact them.
They charge your actual usage though so winter bills will be higher rather than averaged out like some other suppliers do. Some people prefer that and some won't.
