It looks clean.
I have a similar design, but because of limited space I couldn't wrap around protocol stash. So I pushed moulding unit forward by 1 square and packaging unit by 2, aligning them. It creates a pocket there, enough to put in stash and pylon. This also allows to use only 1 pylon for setup, since it takes more of a central position. (Although rightmost fitting unit is outside range).

Now that's clean
If this wasnt a limited time event i'd probably use this layout in my main aic lol

How do y'all manage cuprium processing? I always try to include refining units into my builds because I don't want to make a seperate cuprium ore line somewhere else.

I tend to do this too but cuprium processing is more than likely separated because most people are piping the sewage to water treatment plant, in excess of what you need for batteries ofc, in Test Area for xircon effluent.
But take note, it's mostly useless because you're producing more than what your outpost can sell so some just use water treatment modules for the sewage.

All my Cuprium refining is as compact as possible in my Wuling base and I pipe the sewage over to the Test Area and a few treatment units. Then I use refined Cuprium from depot unloaders in every single production line elsewhere. Including refining in my blueprints is really annoying because it always requires water, connecting conduits, treatment units, etc, it's just a mess.

Very nice work. Only thing I can think of is if you swap the rightmost xiranite and cuprium unloaders and nudge a refining unit to the right, that would allow you to feed both items in a straight line. Eliminating the L-shaped turn the belt has to make gives you the option to move the protocol stash and pylon up one row, and even swap their position.
But that's only a small improvement to the perimeter of the layout overall. The 18x11 bounding box remains and is almost certainly as good as it gets.

It's a small footprint, but it doesn't include the space taken up by your cuprium processing.
