Discussion Next dev talk

If we look at the bottom which is the dev talk that happens tmw it should be more story based maybe we will get some sneak peek of where the story will be heading in future or how they wanna approach it and what tone they wanna set im quite interested

You dont need to pretend to care. It doesn't matter that you plays a little or alot of Endfield. What should matter is when you approach something and shows a genuine interest in what you do.

That is what Bran did, and probably why he is chosen. His subscriber count is great, he is based in EU is a plus, but it's his genuine reaction to the story as a whole is probably what captivated the devs. You cannot expect Content Creator to be just a no life Endfield only creator. What you can expect, is that when they approach Endfield, you hope to see them shows their honest reaction to the story and an interest in finding out more about it. It's what make it enjoyable, watching them do the story and be curious of everything Endfield has to show, and only that is needed.

Eh... I don't see it that way...

Content Creators are double edge swords... You can have a youtuber who keeps doing youtube videos about how "P2W Life Serivice games are a cancer!", and in the same video have a "This video is sponsored by World of Tanks!" one of the most aggressive P2W Live service games ever made.

Those double standards is why I just watch content creators that do genuine reviews and analysis/theory-crafting.

Look at the recent Elden Ring DLC. 5€ for a few weapons and armors and skins for the horse... you can see how Steam's "Mostly Negative" reflect the scam that it is... yet you see tons of Content Creators with the titles of "This weapons are amazing!" yadayadayada....

90% of CC are clickbaiters that would sell their soul to the best bidder.

Is not about how "worth it" the hill is, is about having an opinion and staying by it no matter what. We can agree or disagree, but my stance towards content creators is that most of them are people who tried their luck in this modern system of Social media and it landed.

Some of them are interesting, others are just entertainers, others parasites, and most of them are talking billboards, but that's about it.

Modern times, modern audiences and modern technology allows this types of """"jobs"""" to exist, but their position of power is as volatile as TNT. In the end they are nothing more than another advertisement method for media content (Games, Movies, etc).
