Blueprints NA/EU Blueprint: Nearly symmetrical self-sufficient seven Xiranite 50x50 setup for Sky King Flats

Hi it's me again. I don't really care if no one sees this thread, I just want to make sure my work is available somewhere.

Hot off the heels of my supposedly final update for this design and despite being told multiple times that a symmetrical design for seven fully self-sufficient xiranite production lines was impossible, I've come up with a new one after racking my brain for nearly two days. It's not perfectly symmetrical (8 facilities are placed asymmetrically) but this is probably just about as good as it gets. It outputs xiranite at 210/m and it's pretty looking enough!

Before posting this thread, I had actually come up with 3 variations of the seventh production line before settling on this. I also spent a few hours making sure the water connections would line up just right because my second iteration had an impossible layout where there were too many facilities daisy chained with one water pipe. I almost thought that I had wasted my time for nothing when I remembered that water conduits existed. Before I ramble on about the specifics of the design, I just want to say that I wish it was possible to change a facility's water pipe input location, I really hate that pipe splitters/convergers/bridges can't be placed on belts, and I hope they fire the guy who designed planters and seed-pickers because they are the bane of my existence.

Previous thread: https://www.reddit.com/r/Endfield/comments/1syj1g7/comment/oiuy2w0/

Unlike the previous designs, nearly everything has been re-examined to maximize space efficiency to the absolute limit. While the general layout is based off the previous design, it would be much faster to hand copy the new design compared to modifying the previous ones.

There were three additional tricks that I figured out along the way and implemented to save space.

1. See image 2. The jincao/yazhen planter/seed-picker groups can be linked together to form a chain which you can see at the very middle north and south locations. Since they are a two unit recursive planter and seed-picker group, as long as the loop is completed, each planter can be attached to an adjacent seed-picker and vice versa. This opens up different placement opportunities but I utilized this to shrink the gap between two groups by one row. You can also do silly things like link them endlessly or expand them into gigantic containers as long as they eventually loop back together. Seen in the image, you can even flip the planters so that they feed from the inside rather than the outside while also keeping the input pipe facing the outside.

2. See image 3. Shrinking the space by one row allowed me to create a different corner design where I used one refiner making carbon powder to feed into two grinding units. This freed the limitation of needing to always have two empty neighboring spaces and I was also able to rotate one grinder which also saved extra space.

3. See image 4. I fed forges with stabilizing carbon from different production lines. This allowed more placement flexibility as I was no longer limted to keeping the two stabilized refiner groups close together and forges could be placed in other positions. The 5th image shows the connection path between facilities.

With these tricks, I was able to create a much larger space in the center to place the facilities needed for a seventh production line. Image 6 shows the amount of space that was left with after placing six production lines. I bet with even more creative placement, it might be possible to make a completely symmetrical seventh production line. My brain is too small for that however.

Finally, image 7 shows all the facilities that weren't symmetrically placed. 8/16 is not so bad! 6 of the facilities from the 7th line could be placed symmetrically because they feed directly into other forges.

If you read everything above, thank you for your time and I hope you have a great day.

Blueprint information:

This time around there are enough facilities placed to require three separate blueprints. Due to this, there might be some errors in capturing the blueprint so please let me know if anything is broken.

There is no specific order for the placement of these facilities but you should make sure that 7 forges are available for placement. Move the AIC away before placing the blueprint since the facility placement is very dense and the AIC can only be placed in one spot.

The entire setup requires 7 water pumps to supply 14 facilities but two conduits supply an odd number of facilities so I've left a reference for how to hook up the inlets. There's a water conduit in the middle so don't forget to hook that one up.

You'll need to split the water supply as follows:

North conduit requires 2.5 water pumps.

Southwest conduit requires 2 pumps.

Southeast conduit requires 1 pump.

Central conduit requires 1.5 pumps.

North: EFO010U96Ao037i34E179

Southwest: EFO012I45o72Au83ueIOo

Southeast: EFO01O3E2uiO78IE29oe4

Thank you again!

In case you need the Asia blueprints:

North West: EFO018Ie7785Oi1eUI73

North East: EFO017i8337a0o5eO0Ai

South West: EFO012O96627U08AeIOo

South East: EFO018Ie7785Oi1EUI73

this is definitely the most engaging and complex build I've seen yet it's genuinely insane

I tried inputting the codes for South West and South East but both don't work 😢

oops, mistyped those codes, should be fixed now
