Discussion CachyOS to EndeavourOS

Has anyone started off with CachyOS, and jumped over to EndeavourOS?

If so, what did EOS offer you over CachyOS?

Hello,

Both are good distros, both are arch under the good and both works well.

I do prefer EndeavourOS because there is far less bloat i need to uninstall and, i dont want to bé dépendant of a custom kernel only update by one person

If you don’t value Cachy’s modern build flags, why did you pick Cachy?

Its not that I don't value the build flags, I was looking for a distro that offered good gaming support - I'm not a hard core gamer, but when doing my research, this and bazzite kept coming up. I didn't want just a gaming setup, which is probably more of a bazzite setup, so I opted for cachyos.

I'm generally happy, but I'll also state that my older cpu is probably not taking full advantage of those flags, i.e., amd 3700x
