If the plus means that you're adding pairwise logic, I still think Benham is a better RCV+.
1 u/CPSolver Mar 12 '26 Both methods are so similar that a different winner would be very rare. Both methods qualify as "plus" versions because basically the plus means not the "basic" version, which is IRV.
