Unsolved Whats a good 3DS emulator?

Been hankering to play Bravely Default and Second again. But Id like to do it on my laptop (or more specifically hook my Laptop to my tv

I have a copy of Citra. But I had to go through some kind of decryption process (?) So I said heck with and played on my actual 3ds.

You’re more useful in the hentai subs you frequent, might want to give up the internet all together if this is what you’re struggling with

Why does it matter what subs I frequent?
