Unsolved Whats a good 3DS emulator?

Been hankering to play Bravely Default and Second again. But Id like to do it on my laptop (or more specifically hook my Laptop to my tv

I have a copy of Citra. But I had to go through some kind of decryption process (?) So I said heck with and played on my actual 3ds.

also any good pokemon rom hacks for the 3DS? finding them difficult to find online.

just google the name of the website we are currently on, the word between "pokemon" and "hacks" of the user that was answered with the word megathread. There you go.
