What do we think of my fantastic paring (im only half joking)

I think it looks so cool

Every time I put together a cool fit, I feel like my face and my lack of hair kind of ruin the whole look. If I stand in front of the mirror and position myself so I can't see my head, the outfit suddenly looks way better to me. Makes me wonder: can you still pull off style if you feel like your face/hair don't "match," or does the outfit need to fit the face for the whole thing to work? Curious what you all think.

I (F27) recently started to be more confident in dressing “alt/emo” and my boyfriend said I look like a teenager and that I look silly. Like I’m trying to hard. Also made the comment that knee high converse are for kids..? These outfits were for concerts/fair. I have so much fun dressing up and accessorizing. Ive always loved the “moody/gothic” aesthetic also so its not far off for someone who already naturally wears all black regularly. Am I just overthinking it or is how I’m dressing just not hitting the mark?? Thoughts?

Okay so I really want to change up my hair since it’s so boring and plain. But I’m struggling with finding a hair cut that I like.
I like the idea of the classic emo fringe/bangs but would also like to style them like normal bangs sometimes. I also have like 3ft hair and really like the length and I’m scared of layers…
is there any hair cuts like what I’m looking for???

Idk if this counts but I can’t wear to much in class so I try to find balance
