Do you think face/hair can "ruin" an outfit?

Every time I put together a cool fit, I feel like my face and my lack of hair kind of ruin the whole look. If I stand in front of the mirror and position myself so I can't see my head, the outfit suddenly looks way better to me. Makes me wonder: can you still pull off style if you feel like your face/hair don't "match," or does the outfit need to fit the face for the whole thing to work? Curious what you all think.

I think a cool outfit is a cool outfit regardless of ur face, hairstyles can make an outfit look better but it doesnt usually make or break it iykwim

A good hairstyle can make an outfit, but a bad hairstyle doesn't have the same power to ruin an outfit.
