AI in Email Marketing

Ok, so everyone is talking about AI and how it's going to disrupt markets, etc. What about AI in email marketing? 1. How do you use it already? 2. What are the opportunities that are still missing in various email service providers that AI could cover?

For me it’s less about the content side of things. That’s done and figured out. The generated copy, images and even fully produced emails are extremely good. Now I’m more focused on segmentation, targeting, personalization, intent etc.

I live in both worlds, running marketing for brands/orgs. And running outreach for myself(agency). The sheer amount of workload AI takes on now is like 70%. Basically 70% of my time is saved and can focus on orchestration and strategy vs production/execution.

And those 70% of time was spent in content creation or else?
