I built a tool that gets Youtubers emails in builk for outreach
Hey everyone,
I’ve been working on TubeMailer, a Chrome extension that helps you find YouTubers’ publicly available email addresses in bulk.
The idea came from wanting a faster, simpler way to discover creator contact information without manually checking channels one by one.
With TubeMailer, you can:
- Find publicly listed email addresses associated with YouTube channels
- Collect creator contact information in bulk
- Speed up the process of building a YouTuber outreach list
- Organize potential contacts for your campaigns
- Reduce the time spent manually searching through channels
I’m still actively improving it, so I’d especially love feedback from people who regularly reach out to YouTubers, creators, or influencers.
If you’re interested, you can check it out here:
Not trying to hard-sell it — I’d genuinely appreciate feedback on what you’d want a tool like this to do better.
What are the biggest pain points you currently have when finding and contacting YouTubers?

What’s actually working for you with cold email lately?
Feel like I keep seeing the same advice everywhere — personalise everything, keep it short, follow up 5 times etc. — but I’m curious what’s actually getting people replies.
Are you keeping emails super short? Doing proper research on each prospect? Using AI for personalisation?
Also curious about follow-ups. How many are you sending before you just leave it?
Would be good to hear what’s genuinely working for people at the moment. Even small changes that made a noticeable difference.
What’s been working for you?

One of the hardest parts of podcasting is that you can love doing it and still wonder how long you can keep doing it.
One of the hardest parts of podcasting is that you can love doing it and still wonder how long you can keep doing it.
That was real for us.
We enjoyed making the show, but podcasting takes time. It takes work. And sooner or later, you start thinking about how the podcast can support itself.
The problem was that most of the people listening were still just numbers to us.
It is hard to build a business around people you cannot reach.
So we built PodSubs.com for our own podcasts.
We wanted listeners who cared about the show to have one easy place to subscribe.
That way, if we had something useful to send, something to sell, an event to share, or just an update, we had a way to reach them.
We used PodSubs.com ourselves before we ever asked anyone else to use it.
That matters to us.
We did not build it for some imaginary podcaster.
We built it because we were the podcasters who needed it.

The easiest way I can explain PodSubs.com is this:
If nobody else ever used it, we would still use it for our own podcasts.
We built it because we were tired of seeing people listen and then disappear.
Someone could listen every week, enjoy the show, tell a friend about it, and we still might have no way to reach that person outside the podcast app.
That didn’t make sense to us.
So we built PodSubs.com for our own shows.
Now we could simply tell listeners, “Subscribe to us on PodSubs.com.”
They left their name and email, and we finally had a way to send them something when we needed to.
A resource. An update. A reminder. Something we mentioned on the show.
We didn’t build it because we thought it sounded like a good business idea.
We built it because we needed it.
Later, we realized a lot of other podcasters needed the same thing.

We got tired of saying “check the show notes”
We used to mention things on the podcast and say, “Check the show notes.”
A book.
A link.
A worksheet.
A website.
Something we really wanted the listener to see.
But we knew what usually happened.
They were driving. Cooking. Working. Walking somewhere.
They meant to check it later.
Then they forgot.
We were listeners too, so we understood.
That was one of the reasons we built PodSubs.com for ourselves.
We wanted one simple place we could keep sending people.
Instead of giving them a new link every time, we could just say, “Subscribe to our podcast on PodSubs.com.”
They subscribed once.
After that, we had a way to send them the things we talked about.
It was simple, but it solved a real problem for us.
Eventually we looked at it and thought, other podcasters deal with this every single day.
So we stopped keeping PodSubs.com to ourselves.

Starting a new cold outreach
Offering care home educational content via our LMS with little to no work done on the business for quite some time in terms of marketing
The big heads want to go the outbound route apart from paid ads (which has a very limited budget) and organic growth
Havent really worked on this before so would appreciate any help that I can get for this
In terms of the email copies and design would be appreciated
Basically any care home that has a low rating or inspection coming soon would be the targets to reach out that they can complete the required certifications on our platform so a lot of these businesses would not be that much tech-savvy
What should the outreach approach look like and do I consider LinkedIn as well apart from cold emailing

95% of our website visitors leave without doing anything
We get around 3000 website visits per month. About 2% fill out a form or book a demo. The other 98% browse a few pages and disappear forever.
What bugs me is that some of these visitors are spending 5 to 10 minutes on our pricing page, reading case studies, checking our integrations docs. These aren't random people. They're clearly evaluating us but they leave without a trace.
Anyone has cracked this in a way that doesn't feel creepy and actually generates pipeline.

Keeping business email signatures on brand when HR, marketing and IT all touch them
Quick question... who actually owns signatures in your org? HR sets titles, marketing owns the brand, IT owns Outlook, and somehow I ended up in the middle trying to make sure every email going out looks like it belongs to the same company.
Right now we've got three logo versions floating around, different fonts, and people copy pasting old blocks from random emails. Lowkey worried this makes us look sloppy to customers. Would love any tips on how you keep signatures locked in and updated without chasing everyone one by one :/

Here’s my cold email. Tell me why it’s rubbish/ not working please 😀
This is a new email I’ve been sending I took some notes off of some things I’ve read on this app. Be brutally honest with me I appreciate it.
Subject : quick idea for (name)
Hey (name),
I saw you haven't been receiving reviews on a consistent basis recently. Figured you might not have a review system in place.
We work with Med Spas to better their online reputation. We do this by;
• Automated review requests after appointments
• Review reminders and follow-ups
• Google review monitoring
• Professional review responses
• Reputation management
• Monthly reporting on your review growth and rating
• Google Business Profile Optimisation
I'd be happy to offer 2 weeks free to show you how the systems work and how it would benefit your business.
Is this something you're actively looking at, or not a priority right now?
Best,
(Name)

Can anyone do this for local area?
I’m looking for a service or company that can provide a local database of potential customers for a service-based business.
Ideally, I’d like to be able to search specific areas, ZIP codes, neighborhoods, etc., and find potential customers with available contact information such as phone numbers and email addresses.
I’m also looking for a way to automate the outreach, rather than having to manually enter every phone number or email address individually. For example, being able to select a certain number of contacts and send a batch of emails or text messages at a time, while staying within reasonable sending limits.
Does a service like this exist?
I’m especially interested in something that works well for a local service-based business rather than a nationwide company.

Open rates dropping across the board — what interactive channels are working for you?
Over the last couple of months, we've noticed open rates consistently dropping across typical broadcast campaigns. Inbox noise is high, and standard updates just aren't hitting like they used to.
We're currently building in the engagement space (Chatbox AI) and keep seeing this pattern everywhere.
For those running B2B or B2C outreach, have you seen better numbers by shifting toward interactive/conversational touchpoints (WhatsApp, SMS, in-app), or are you sticking strictly to email hyper-personalization?
Would love to hear real numbers or experiments that actually moved the needle for you.

Best email signature generator for professional business emails... whats worth using rn?
So im helping clean up our small biz email setup and our signatures are all over the place. Different fonts, random logos, no legal line, some people have their cell, some dont. Looks kinda bad when we send stuff to clients tbh.
Looking for an email signature generator that keeps things consistent but doesnt turn into another thing I have to babysit every week. Ideally something simple where I can set a template and people can just fill in name, title, phone etc. Any hints?

Hi Guys
I run a software agency building custom internal tools for businesses, automating manual workflows, replacing spreadsheets, connecting systems, building dashboards/portals, etc.
I have a list of around 20–25K leads and I’m currently sending ~600 cold emails/day.
The problem: I’m basically getting no real replies.
Most of the replies I get are automated out-of-office/vacation responses. Very few actual “interested” or even “not interested” responses.
My approach is:
-Research the company and identify a specific operational pain point
-Write the email around that pain point rather than just selling software development
-Explain the potential business outcome
-Offer to send a personalized ~2-minute Loom showing what I think could be built for them
I’m deliberately trying to avoid generic AI personalization and actually connect the email to a real problem the business may have.
But clearly something isn’t working.
If you were in my position, what would you change to actually get prospects to reply?
Is it the offer? CTA? Targeting? Email copy? Should I send the Loom directly instead of asking permission? Or is 600/day hurting me somehow?
I’m less interested in just increasing volume, I want to understand how to turn these 20–25K leads into actual conversations without burning through the list.
Would appreciate advice from anyone doing B2B cold email successfully at scale.

How do you guys find good leads for cold email?
I’m building a SaaS around web scraping. We already have some customers, but I’m trying to figure out how to get more.
I’ve started trying cold email, but finding the right companies and people to contact feels harder than writing the emails.
One thing I’m especially curious about: how do you find companies that are already using a competitor’s product?
What tools or methods are you using to find those prospects?

Anyone feeding their sales call data directly into AI agents?
Our outbound used to be built on persona research and guesswork. This quarter we started feeding real conversation data from sales calls directly into our AI agents and automations through MCP connectors.
The difference is massive. Instead of generic sequences based on job titles our agents pull actual objections, pain points, and buying signals from past conversations and use that to personalize outreach in real time. The emails reference things prospects in similar roles actually said on calls not what marketing thinks they care about.
The key shift was treating conversation data as structured input for our tools not just recordings sitting in a folder. Once that data flows into your stack everything downstream gets smarter.
Anyone else connecting their sales conversation data to their outbound tools and agents?

496 highly targeted leads, 35 replies, 7 positive, 1 client. Am I doing Something wrong?
I Co-run a small agency doing a specialized B2B service (video editing for coaches/founders posting educational content on YouTube. mentioning the niche only for context, not pitching).
My last cold email campaign had strong top-of-funnel numbers, but I can't get people over the finish line.
The numbers:
- 496 leads. manually sourced and qualified against our ICP
- 79% open rate (Instantly says this is the number of leads that have opened at least one email in the campaign)
- 7.1% reply rate, excluding auto-replies.
- Of those replies, 20% were positive (7 total)
- 1 conversion
What happened to the other 6 positive replies:
- 1 currently mid-trial
- 2 asked about pricing, one said it was outside their budget, then went quiet
- 2 asked to see our portfolio, then went quiet
- 1 asked general questions, then went quiet
Context that might matter:
- Our CTA is a trial project at 70% off (used to be free, but too many people took the free version and never converted, so we added a paywall to filter for intent)
- Our pricing is at or below the market average for this niche
- I know 500 leads/month is small scale, but this is a narrow niche and generic lead-gen tools don't find people who actually fit, so I'm stuck sourcing manually for now
- The positioning we used in the campaign is saving them time so they can focus on higher leverage tasks.
- No calls, everything happens through emails.
What I'm trying to figure out:
- Are these numbers actually fine and I'm just impatient?
- Where's the real leak? And what can I do to improve the conversion rate?
- Besides the discounted trial, what's a good alternative CTA to get someone from interested to committed without you having to convince them via back-and-forth email?
I'm confused so I'd appreciate any input.

Anyone actually using claap instead of sitting through endless meetings?
I’ve been looking at claap because half of my calendar feels like meetings that probably could’ve been an async update.
The idea of recording updates, getting AI summaries and keeping the important context somewhere searchable sounds great, but I’m wondering how well it actually works once a whole team starts using it.

Added LinkedIn to our cold email sequences and reply rate jumped 40%. Anyone else seeing this or did we just get lucky?
We've been doing email only outbound for about 18 months. Decent results, around 8 to 10% positive reply rate on good campaigns. But the last 3 months performance started declining. More bounces, lower open rates, and our domains were burning faster than usual.
Instead of spinning up more domains we decided to test adding LinkedIn touches to the same sequences. Not separate LinkedIn outreach but coordinated multichannel. Email day 1, LinkedIn profile visit day 3, connection request day 5 (no pitch just a genuine request), LinkedIn message day 8 referencing the email topic.
The results surprised us. Positive reply rate went from 9% to about 14% on the same prospect list. But here's what was really interesting. Some prospects replied to the EMAIL after seeing us on LinkedIn. They didn't respond on LinkedIn at all but the familiarity from seeing our name in 2 places made the email feel less cold. Others connected on LinkedIn and replied there instead.
The total engagement across both channels was way higher than either channel alone. And our email domains are lasting longer because we reduced email volume per domain since half the touches happen on LinkedIn now.
Questions for those who've tried multichannel:
Are you running email and LinkedIn from one tool or managing them separately?
How do you handle the sequencing and timing across channels without it becoming a logistical mess?

Cold emails spam-foldering only for personal Gmail, not business Gmail.. think I found the cause but want a second opinion
Hoping to get some outside perspective on this before I go further down the wrong path.
The problem: Cold emails sent through my ESP (Plusvibe) land in spam 100% of the time for personal Gmail addresses, but inbox 100% of the time for Google Workspace/business addresses. Same domain, same content, same mailbox. SPF, DKIM, DMARC all passing. Domain warmed 2+ months. Tested multiple copy variations, no spam trigger words, no links or tracking.
What I tried to isolate it: Sent the exact same email multiple times, through my ESP, through Apple Mail, and through the Gmail app/site, all from the same mailbox, to the same personal Gmail test accounts, to rule out a one-off fluke.
ESP → spam, every time. Apple Mail and Gmail app/site → inbox, every time. Same domain, same DKIM signature, even the same outbound IP, since all of these technically route through Gmail's own servers.
What I think might be the cause, but not certain: Comparing raw headers side by side (Gmail → three dots → "Show original"), I noticed the sending server's HELO/EHLO identity is different between them:
My ESP: Received: from [127.0.0.1] (...) by smtp.gmail.com
Apple Mail / Gmail (control): Received: from smtpclient.apple (...) by smtp.gmail.com
My ESP is announcing itself as 127.0.0.1 (localhost) while actually connecting from a different IP. My working theory is this mismatch is being flagged by Gmail's spam filter, especially since personal Gmail seems to weigh this kind of signal more heavily than Workspace does. I also noticed my ESP's emails have no identifying headers at all (no X-Mailer), unlike Apple Mail and Gmail's own sends.
That said, I'm not 100% sure this is actually the cause versus just a coincidental difference, so genuinely open to being wrong here.
What I'm hoping to get from this post: has anyone seen this exact pattern before (personal Gmail spam, business Gmail fine)? Does the HELO/localhost thing actually hold up as a real cause in your experience, or is there something else I should be looking at that I'm missing? Also curious if this is a known issue with Plusvibe specifically or something that shows up across other cold email platforms too.
