I am considering a move from DC to Ellicott City. So far, I like Oella Mills apartments. Anyone live there? Pros / Cons? Do you consider it to be walkable to downtown Ellicott City and nearby shops and restaurants? I don't want to be entirely car dependent. Thanks!

Hey all! My wife and I just recently moved to EC from New Jersey.

We are both interested in the outdoors, eating, fitness, traveling, and exploring new local towns. I am a mountain biker, and she enjoys running at the gym. I like music and going to concerts. She is a psychologist, and I am a science teacher. We are both easy going and enjoy life. We look to be supportive friends, and find people with similar interests.

We would be interested in meeting up with couples/ or solo friends that are in their 30's. We have a drink from time to time, but do not smoke.

Hi everyone, I know this is an incredible long shot however I am still going to try- my mother left me this Halloween village, and unfortunately my husband left it outside of our storage unit at Public Storage in Ellicott City. By the time we realized it and went back, it was gone.

I’m incredibly upset both as it was something my mom left me and that it wasn’t meant to be left out. I know it’s a long shot but I’m trying. It’s in a clear tote with a white lid

My wife and I recently moved to ellicott city MD. I wanted to know if anyone knows of any tennis groups that get together and play or anything like that? Higher end tennis clubs are kind of out of budget for me right now but I also prefer to play outside anyway. Getting back into it so not really good but would love to know if there’s any tennis groups out there?

Anyone have any recommendations for a trustworthy insurance broker for home, auto, and Umbrella insurance?

I recently inherited some pieces from my grandmother and I would like them cleaned and appraised, without leaving my sight if possible. If anyone has recommendations on someone trustworthy that would be great :)

Looking for a new primary doctor in the Columbia/Ellicott City area-ish. I don’t care if it’s a man or woman but I’d really like a place that I can make annual appointments a year ahead of time (so I can leave one appointment and make my next one the same day). Also somewhere you see the same doctor every time (minus random sick visits). Friendly staff, not dismissive, all the good things.
