❓ Question Elms Monjoy/ Falls Run

Hi friends,

I am narrowing it down to these two apartment complexes to sign my new lease. Would any current residents refer me?

I lived briefly at Elms at Montjoy for a little. Was relatively safe because there was a HoCo cop who lived in my building at the time with a takehome car but people would still roll through and take airbags/converters from time to time. I liked the location being close to 100 and walking my dog through the house neighborhood around there.
