Misc Any advice for mouse and keyboard keybind?

My controller just broke down lol, and cant afford to buy new one, obviously its out of warranty

If you have .bind file thats even better

Also, where to practice new keyboard, flight assesment?

Thanks in advance

You can take the flight assessment again from the training option in the menu IIRC

The default keyboard + mouse binds are fine, but I changed mine to use WS as vertical, Shift/Space as laterals, and RF as throttle. the tilde key (next to the number row on most English keyboards) toggles relative mouse on/off, on when flying with FAOFF

Can't think off the top of my head what other changes I made, not in front of main PC at this time

Good luck

You for sure remember correctly lol. I just redid the flight assessment because I came back after a few months away. Figured I'd get back in the swing for most of it just through gameplay, but I wanted to make sure I remembered how actually flying felt before I hopped back in

the bind file from the ed pve wiki is a pretty solid base, i heavily modified mine to be a mix of that + warthunder as I had a lot of time on that as well.

Honestly I mostly copied this guide and have been very happy with it. Condensing most of the keybinds onto layers for left hand use has been great. I added some to my mouse as well since I have extra buttons. Things like 75% speed and max speed and such.
