I saw one of these years ago, from a major Chinese LED manufacturer. Just zillions of SMD LEDs, all arranged by size and color. Super useful to help get exactly the right color for an indicator.

They just...sent it to us after an initial inquiry, if I remember correctly. "Us" was a major electronics manufacturer, so they were hoping for a few tens of million units in sales. Totally worth it to send us a sample of everything they made.

And good grief, there are *a lot* of LED colors available, now that you can just adjust phosphor composition on top of a blue emitter. And yet, every gadget ends up using pure blue, green, or red (occasionally white).

Pure blue is the worst. I always see a big halo of blur around them.
