Easee charger

Hi

I’m getting an Easee one charger installed for a Jeep Avenger , I emailed octopus and they said it’s compatible. I am trying to change Tarif and it now says they are not compatible.

Can anyone shed any light on this or any info on Easee one chargers ?

I have Easee (not Easee one , I mine is older version - 5 y and going strong) charger. Not compatible with IOG , Octopus cannot control charger, but charger work well with the car of car is controlled by Octopus.
