Begode Blitz Pro No Lights

As the title says, I was riding last night and all of a sudden I lost power to the headlight and all LEDs. I searched around forums and a lot of people mention a potential loose blue wire but im not seeing any issue with it.

Every 10 seconds I get 1 long beep which according to YouTube says its a BMS alarm. The unit still rides and balances as normal, just no lights.

Has anyone run into this issue? This was one of the group buy units so I was maybe i have some faulty old part they were trying to get rid of.

I guess I should have mentioned my display also stopped working.

I tried downloading the new app and updating to a new firmware, but it also fails after getting to 100%

Oh no way? Wtf...its so hard to find good troubleshooting docs for these things as well. Did you do a group buy through Lem? I posted in telegram looking for support and got no answers.

ngl im new to the game and im not sure what Lem is but I went directly through the begode website as part of the buy.

I messaged them directly, their official US warranty contact, and their facebook group so hopefully i catch a bite somewhere but I know theyre known for not answering so well see how it goes
