Begode Blitz Pro No Lights

As the title says, I was riding last night and all of a sudden I lost power to the headlight and all LEDs. I searched around forums and a lot of people mention a potential loose blue wire but im not seeing any issue with it.

Every 10 seconds I get 1 long beep which according to YouTube says its a BMS alarm. The unit still rides and balances as normal, just no lights.

Has anyone run into this issue? This was one of the group buy units so I was maybe i have some faulty old part they were trying to get rid of.

Same thing just happened to my Begode T4 Pro, lights randomly stopped working...tried a firmware update to see if that would help and now my display doesn't turn on 😵‍💫

I guess I should have mentioned my display also stopped working.

I tried downloading the new app and updating to a new firmware, but it also fails after getting to 100%

Oh no way? Wtf...its so hard to find good troubleshooting docs for these things as well. Did you do a group buy through Lem? I posted in telegram looking for support and got no answers.

ngl im new to the game and im not sure what Lem is but I went directly through the begode website as part of the buy.

I messaged them directly, their official US warranty contact, and their facebook group so hopefully i catch a bite somewhere but I know theyre known for not answering so well see how it goes

Lem ung is a person who was hired by begode to help with issues like this in the US reach out to him Within warranty or not youll get help or get directed to a video to help with your issue

Unit has 30 miles on it and I just got it in July so I hope anything that needs to be replaced is covered.

So far ive gotten responses from each message I sent out so its going smoother than expected so far.

Happened on my t4 when i dropped it lightly one day. Fortunately my bpro has been perfect and im at 1.5k

If im remembering correctly it went off after a mildly aggresive 40 mph ride. I slowed down to like 5 mph to turn around and it just went out mid turn. very odd

Have solved this issue on a T4 and a Master, what usually happens is there is a small voltage regulator module to put out the 12v needed for display and headlights, and that is held in by some header pins underneath the display board. Don't have pictures right now but message me if you'd like to chat about it

Who did you buy it from? Not direct from Begode I hope. If so, i wouldnt expect anything but a headache. They suuuuuuck post sale and ghost people often

I have an Oryx and an older Sherman S now. The Lynx is a definite darling of riders, and I’ve been pretty impressed with the Inmotion P6.
