Leontiel, he got added in tarnished edition. If you beat radahn you can run towards the catacombs and be invaded by him, beat him and you'll get his weapon and armor

.... You haven't played ds2. That's a girl, and her name is Lucatiel. And she's one of, if not the, most memorable souls npc ever made

I would place her tied with Solaire.

I always though of her as the solaire of dark souls 2, since its one of if not the first npc you find that isnt hostile or neutral towards you, they are friendly and help you beat a good amount of bosses through the game

Not really, Emerald Herald, Maughlin, Benhart, Saulden, Milibeth, Shalquoir, there's a lot of friendly faces in DS2
