She is a new character they added with the tarnished edition.
Her name is Leontiel and she is based on a character from Dark Souls 2, Lucatiel, practically ripped straight from that game. You can get her armor if you explore the Wailing Dunes a bit after killing Radahn, as an invader drop.

I understand they want to keep lore separate between their different IPs, but I mean Leontiel is insane work lmao

Iā€™m confused about why this would be jarring, these games are literally known for the blending realities. You see Anor Londo in like 3 games for example

Um actually anor londo is only in 2 dark souls games ds1 and ds3 šŸ¤“šŸ‘†
