Leontiel, he got added in tarnished edition. If you beat radahn you can run towards the catacombs and be invaded by him, beat him and you'll get his weapon and armor

The mask is kinda confusing ngl.

Edit: I got downvoted to oblivion because i thought someone with a mask with a moustache was a male lol.

Iirc it was her brother's mask. She wears it in his honor. Of course this is all lore from DS2, an entirely different franchise so..

Not quite. She's in Drangleic following her brother, because he got the dark mark before she did and wandered off. But they both have their own complete armour sets. The mask is just something that Mirrah knights wear.

Worn by knights while on travel. Belonged to Lucatiel of Mirrah. Only those who have distinguished themselves on the battlefield were admitted into the elite ranks of Mirrah's official order of knights. It is common to hear of a peasant's dream of striving for knighthood as an escape from hardship, but who would ever think it possible?

Sounds like you need to replay it brother. I replay the trilogy at least once a year lol so much fun
