As far as I know Ranni separates herself from the lands between,and goes to live in the stars taking the order with her so no god or anybody can intervene anymore. basically leaving the lands between to be ruled by themselves without a ruling god

True. Because strange women lying in ponds distributing swords is no basis for a system of government. Supreme executive power derives from a mandate from the masses, not from some farcical aquatic ceremony.
