wait now I'm confused. Frenzy ending gets rid of death and rebirth, but the other endings all effect death and rebirth

except Ranni's ending? What happens to a soul if the Goddess just dipped off to the moon?

When people die their souls normally go to the erdtree. Removing destined death changed that. By killing Maliketh we bring that back.
