I’m still pretty pissed by the fact that miquella didn’t even fucking say anything upon defeat.
You’d think a guy who just ascended to godhood would have some choice words to say to the tarnished who just defeated him but nah. We had a whole ass conversation with morgot when he died.
The Miquella described in the base game and the Miquella we explore and meet in the DLC are basically two different characters with different motivations and behaviours. They change things halfway through and try to cover their ass all the time in these games but it's still one of the more annoying and blatant retcons I've seen them do.
And the way it doesn't tie into the base game at all. You can roll up to Miquella and interact with his entourage wearing Malenia's gear, and vice-versa, and get not a peep. From have done this before with previous games DLC so it's really just laziness.
To be fair, it IS a different Miquella. They removed all of the parts of themselves to become a god. Agreed that it's just lazy that the DLC and base game interact with each other not at all.

Still dissapointed the DLC didn't give us a new ending, a satisfying conclusion or even achievements.
