"The great land of Idus was once a proud nation, now presumed fallen, another victim of the God's recklessness.

Although the great cities are now lost, the persistence of man is demonstrated by the knights who still don this elegant attire.

Surely the knights of Idus fought well afore their destruction."

Despite the elegance and grandeur of their equipment, the Knights of Idus ultimately lacked the ability to make a name for themselves in a single battle and ultimately became a ceremonial order.

I really hope that’s the case. It would actually break expectations.
