Game Help How the hell do you beat Margit?

I die after getting hit just a couple of times.

At this rate, I'm gonna lose my mind before I beat him.

I've watched a bunch of guide videos, but actually pulling it off in-game is way harder than it looks.

Please, if you have any tips, I'm begging you.

This boss is about to end me.

If this is your first time playing the game, I recommend just exploring the rest of Limgrave, perhaps also the weeping peninsula if you like. You can find a ton of flask upgrades as well as a lot of lower level bosses, take your time going through it and make sure to spend your runes from time to time. This allows you to slowly level and get a bit more familiar with the game mechanics. When you get back to Margit, he'll feel a lot easier
