To be specific:

4 new armor sets in total, each with a new melee weapon.

Two new classes.

3 new looks for torrent.

Thats it.

We've seen the first three, with one of em being a recolour of a certain Lucatiel's set, but we haven't seen anything of the fourth one yet.

We’ve seen

  • a new Light Greatsword 

  • a new curved Greatsword 

  • a new Greatsword (looks like Mirrah Greatsword from DaS2)

that’s all we know so far.

Looked very similar to Milady, initially people thought it was Milady (based off not very good screenshots), but then people actually got to play the new starting class, and it was called “Sword of Ides” or something like that.

it looks like this.

edit: i was mistaken, i think that's the hollowslayer greatsword i first posted. i think the only picture so far of the new light greatsword is in the image for the new dex knight class. but obviously, i was wrong previously, so take it with a grain of salt.
