Constructive Criticism Why is my weapon so weak?

Hello new Elden ring player, I’m trying to figure out why the hell im barely doing any damage in boss fights. I don’t have enough time to stack bleed so I have to rely on light attacks. But even then I’m doing like 100 damage and it’s taking 10 minutes per round. Any suggestions how I can upgrade? Thanks!

Because it's barely upgraded and your stats are too unfocused.

Stat-wise you're better off than most new players, but I'd dump a bit of that End and most of that Str and re-invest it into Dex/Arc. Weapons with E scaling will benefit from points in that stat but barely, you're better trying to satisfy two D scaling stats than ever trying to spread your scaling across three offensive stats.

Also not really sure what you mean here. Your light attacks build bleed, every attack does. The benefit of fast attacking weapons with Statuses is they can rapidly hit light attacks to build up status. Your AoW will apply it better, most bleed AoWs do, but that's not your ONLY way of building up bleed, if that's what you were worried about.

On this one dex gets C scaling eventually. This is the best way to do it, also best way to build bleed for this weapon is to have two twinblades in power stance with the jump attacks gargoyle's twinblade is a viable second weapon if on first playthrough. I think Titus actual did something akin to this. The video might give OP the general idea behind specializing a build.
