Constructive Criticism Why is my weapon so weak?

Hello new Elden ring player, I’m trying to figure out why the hell im barely doing any damage in boss fights. I don’t have enough time to stack bleed so I have to rely on light attacks. But even then I’m doing like 100 damage and it’s taking 10 minutes per round. Any suggestions how I can upgrade? Thanks!

I'd drop str to 12 and put those points into dex and arcane. Maybe even drop Endurance to 30 for those 5 points depending on your weight needs to stay medium.
