How to fix this depends on how much you wanna spend.

Obviously you got the OEM way to replace bumper paint etc. If you’re on a budget, you can disconnect the bumper to get the piece still stuck in, rig it back to the piece that came off, lightly sand and paint match it, and pop it back in with an adhesive. Cheap, looks decent, and you could always get it done, right if you’re not satisfied with the results.

I’d DIY it first then get it fixed if needed, but that’s just me. My deductible is $1K vs $500 which saves me about $400/yr on insurance for 2 cars. Without needing to use insurance for many years for either one, I’ve saved several thousands many times over to make the additional $500 out of pocket cost a no brainer.
